Ouch! It will probably be easier and cheaper to just have the whole lock assembly removed and replaced.

If the lock can be removed then use "Goof Off" to soak the lock. The wafers can usually be removed and cleaned, just make sure everything is kept in order. But if possible it is usually better to just replace.
