How do you put infants to sleep?

well, you can let them fall asleep themselves, or if you want you can parent them to sleep (rocking, nursing, and the like) just make sure you put them in bed drowsy but awake so they can learn how to put themselves to sleep. There is a good PDF that explains it all really well......don't have the url; but do a search for lullaby-babies: become a baby sleep expert... in 30 minutes pdf explains it all (how long suppose to sleep, sleep cycles, ect.)
