Can you go to hospital for a D and C op have blood urine and swab tests done and them miss you having a STD?

Routine testing prior to a D&C would include chlamydia and gonorrhea testing. You normally would not have been tested for other infections. If you are concerned about STDs, see your health care provider and request testing. You can also get a copy of your lab records for the D&C.
