First ... for safety's sake, take them out of the can. NEVER put a metal can in the microwave! Put the veggies in a Microwave Safe container for heating (Corning Ware or the like.)
Once in the oven, select a time to heat 'em. Remember that the veggies are already cooked, you're only warming 'em.
The amount of time depends on how big the can was that you're working with. I'd suggest that you give 'em a test shot of about a minute and a half; then, test the temperature to see if they need more.
