What do you do if your buttcrack hurts so bad that you can't do anything?

== == well... i decided one day that maybe the pain i had on my butttcrack was bad so i decideed to ice the thing... and it didnt do a flippin thing... then i hade to do poop... and the pain from pushing was excrushiating!!!!.. i felt like my butthole was exspanding like 30 inchesw wide... then i went to the doctotr caz that ia one odd/mess up,/screwwd up pain to have =]
