What can you use to clean a pebble tec flooring that will kill bacteria and bring the shine back?

The best way to clean it is simple soap and water, or simple green and water for indoor applications, for outdoors use bleach and water, that's for the cleaning part, as for the shine the only way to bring it back requires a recoat/reseal with epoxy.
