Is doux masculin or feminin

masc. = doux (le tissu est doux = the fabric is soft)
fem. = douce (l'écharpe est douce = the scarf is soft)

but when two or more nouns are qualified by the adjective, the form will be the masculine one (doux) if at least one noun is masculine.

example: le tissu et l'écharpe sont doux (the fabric and the scarf are soft)
