Can a 12 yr old get a job?

In the USA? Most likely not. Child labor laws are against it but it doesn't mean you can't find work as a dog walker or etc. You cannot go under any company and receive a paycheck and pay social security and such. So it's a no for the companies but yes for you. There are jobs that need to be done for however by whomever, it just has to be your own thing.
