Where do you get the Obama phone?

You can't. It's an internet myth that President Obama is giving out free phones. He is not. And in one version, he is giving them to "people on welfare"-- also not true. There has long been a program, which began about twenty years ago, to give phone to victims of domestic violence so they can call 911 if they ever need to. The program has nothing to do with President Obama and was started long before he was president.
