Why is James Robert Anthony Adams in the cherub series called that?

In the first book 'The Recruit' He has to change his name because of the secrecy of CHERUB. So James Choke becomes James Robert Anthony Adams. The Anthony Adams Part come from Tony Adams who played for Arsenal ,Which is James' Favourite team, And as Tony is an Abbreviation of Anthony that's where the name comes from.
