A diet of patient of renal failure will include egg albumin only to provide proteins. As egg albumin has highest bio-availability of 98 %. 1/2 gram/kg/day will do. There should be no source of proteins other than this in diet. Rest carbohydrate in the form of natural food may be given with least proteins like potato and banana. Unsaturated fats or vegetable fats to be added. Vitamins and minerals in the form of fruit juice and various types of soups may be included. Only they should have least quantity of proteins in them. So haemodialysis may be prolonged. To fallow this in practice is but some what difficult. As patient and relatives do not cooperate, uasually.
