Is it hard on a Honda Foreman engine if you install a clutch kit jet kit and a high performance pipe?

i have all of the above and the only thing that is hurting my bike is the fact i let a buddy use it under the condition he changed the oil and he put the oil filter in backwards. then the guy i had fix the top end after oil starvation didn't check the oil pump and it is burnt up again.
