How do you get a 2 headed snake?

Two-headed snakes and turtles are the results of rare birth defects, basically the same that cause conjoined(siamese) twins in humans.

There's no known way of causing this to happen, it's just something that nature throws up every now and then.

Usually the creatures born like that don't live very long.
