How do Cajuns say a big mess?

When I was little my grandmother use to tell me that to stop making a galimacha, but that is only one way to say it they're are a bunch of ways. That's like asking how do you say notebook in english well you have multiple different ways: notebook, journal, sprial notebook, tablet, pad, workbook, diary. It all depends on what is in there and what it is used for, it works the same in french.
