Unfortunately there isn't a home remedy that can actually get rid of a mole. However, there are procedures offered by skin specialists and Doctors. The most common solution for moles is the laser spot treatment. Recommended for flat moles, the laser targets the spot and burns a layer of skin off. The pain is minimal and is said to feel like a rubberband snapping on your skin. A numbing cream is applied before the burning process.
The second popular option is the Liquid Nitrogen method or also known as the freezing method. Just like it sounds, a Skin Care specialist freezes off your mole, forming a blister where the mole used to be. Once the blister heals, the mole should be completely gone. This method is alot more painful than the laser but can ensure minimal scarring once the procedure is completed.
The last option is the most painful. Some people choose to have their moles sliced off by a certified doctor or dermatologist. People with protruding moles go through this process since the mole is usually skin deep.
In my opinion the first method seems the most "friendly" but it's up to you. Good luck!
