Can you swap a stock 1998 Subaru 2.5 engine with a 2.0 twin turbo engine?

Yes you can !!!!! I am in the process of doing just that on my 1999 Subaru legacy GT 2.5 switching to a 1999 J-spec legacy b4 twin turbo w/paddle shift trans..........I have removed both drive trains and pulled both dashes and both steering columns.......now removing the wire harnesses............
