How do i turn off frames on your website?

Well, darling, you can't turn off frames on "my" website because I'm not the one running it. But if you're dealing with pesky frames on a website, you can usually disable them by right-clicking on the frame and selecting an option like "This Frame > Open Frame in New Tab."
