Do hamsters learn from there parents?

They do but it takes awhile for them to adjust to who they have taking care of them, it takes around 5 days before you can take them out of their cages when you first get them, for my hamster we adjusted and new I was his owner, after atleast 5 days of taking him out of his cage once a day, but wait until 5 days after u get him first, and on the fifth day where u can take them out, wait a day first.
