What day do you go to to get moogoo monkey for the sims 2 for Nintendo DS?

on some websites it says that you have to have sims 2 for GBA [game boy advance]

you put that into the GBA slot and your DS sims in your DS game slot

then you go to the snake-eyes casino and you somehow get it
