The Catholic Church is an organization, and made up of lots of people with lots of thoughts. Perhaps rephrasing to "What does The Bible say about ___," or "What have Popes said about ___," would make the question more clear.
Human experimentation is a very broad term. Is the question about humans performing experiments? If so, on what? Is the question about experimenting on humans? If so, by whom? What kind of experiments?
