  1. By "non consent," do you mean non consensual?
  2. The Catholic Church is an organization, and made up of lots of people with lots of thoughts. Perhaps rephrasing to "What does The Bible say about ___," or "What have Popes said about ___," would make the question more clear.
  3. Human experimentation is a very broad term. Is the question about humans performing experiments? If so, on what? Is the question about experimenting on humans? If so, by whom? What kind of experiments?
