Does any tattoo shops in Knoxville TN tattoo 17 year olds with parental consent?

I don't know of any shops in your area by name, but most shops in most states would tattoo you at your age with a parent, especially if you are close to 18. If you were any younger, there would be virtually no chance.

I would recommend that you call around to shops, but due to what you are asking, don't be surprised if they want for you to come down with your parents before they answer, or that they may just flat out refuse. Best of luck.
