Is there a difference in a furnace in a single wide mobile home and other furnaces?

Yes there are a few difference's. Manufactured homes ( by code) require a furnace designed for manufactured homes. There are a couple of regular furnaces that are rated for "manufactured home use". This all has to do with combustion air taken from home. This answer is a little generic but I hope it helps.
