According to vastu what kind of painting should be done outside the building?

Vastu requires honoring of nature and the use of natural materials, so use a non-toxic paint for the exterior of a building. White is not considered to have a good effect as an exterior paint color. The White House in Washington, D.C. is of course white and iconic, but there are other factors that make this city and country prosperous and successful. the influence of color is discussed in detail in my book Vastu: Transcendental Home Design in Harmony with Nature (Gibbs Smith Publishers, 2007).
