How can you talk with customer service at Answers.com?

I got suspended from facebook.

My phone number was 253 473 0507 but we changed it too 253 302 4111 but they are landlines only no text. I have not the slightest idea why I got suspended because I cannot click on my profile picture to find out and fill your form out. I tried to obey your rules but I am 88 yrs old and it is so hard, I have lot of money that we put into slotomania and lots of points not fair we cannot play. I miss my friends and if I offended anyone I did not mean too. Please help me with this situation . Thank YOU
