What is the cure to artritis?

There are over a hundred different forms of Arthritis and to date there are treatments that work to a lesser or greater degree in controlling the damage it does to the joints and other parts of the body, however there is still no cure for arthritis. there are threapys ti control inflamation and pain full or partial joint replacements and fusion in some casses and at pressent there seems to be some hope of being able to replace damaged cartilage betwen the joints with encouraging work with stem cell technology (the regrowth of cartilage using adult stem cells donated by the patient) however this is still at an early stage.
