How often will I need to sharpen the knives in the Henckels EverEdge Plus 17-Piece Knife Block Set ?

It really depends how much you use it, if you want it really sharp sharpen it after you use it.

I usually sharpen and clean mine after I stab a someone with it. So one or twice a day since.
