Does anyone know how to make the designs that started in the able sisters in Animal crossing city folk because I accidentally lost mine?

In Animal Crossing: City Folk, you can recreate designs from the Able Sisters by using the design pattern tool available at their shop. If you remember the colors and shapes you used, you can manually redraw them. Additionally, you can ask friends or online communities if they have similar designs or can help you recreate yours. Unfortunately, if you didn't save your original design, it can't be retrieved directly.
