How do you change a head gasket on 87 Cadillac?

the best way to start out is to undo all the wiring on the intake, then take off your belt, alternator, alternator bracket,hoses,manifold,2 gas lines and Power Steering pump, then take off your valve cover and remove your push rodes and rocker arms and leave them in order from which you took them off then take off. then take off your head bolts and replace them to or else it will blow again then you should be able to take your head off, and heres a lil trick to help it from blowing, buy some aluminum spray paint and paint the gasket block and head right before you put it on and it will help the gasket seal.
