Fasting for weight loss is simple, When you wake up in the morning eat high carbohydrate foods and slow release energy such as porridge. Then eat nothing for the rest of the day up until the evening, then eat quick release foods to get your energy back and repeat. Be careful when fasting because if your store of glucose runs low then your brain power will decrease so have lots of glucose in the morning, such as honey!
