1) Kagayaku (kanji:輝く) ; also hikarikagayaku ; Intransitive ; means: to shine , to glitter

2) Sasu (kanji:射す) ; also hikarisasu ; Intransitive ; means: to radiate, to give out light

3) Terasu (kanji:照らす) Transitive ; means: to illuminate, to shine

4) Higasasu (日が射す) Intransitive ; means: (literally) to stretch the daylight (used only for sun)

5) Matataku (瞬く) Transitive ; means : (of stars or light etc) to twinkle, to shimmer

- Also means: to wink, to blink (one's eye)

Hikari (光) means light, so it being added to the beginning of those Words doesn't much change them meaning-wise.

And many many more Words in this category, just tried to select the best and most useful ones, son!
