Would short-shorts a hoodie and flats look good together?

Honestly, I don't think shorts and anything that has to do with long sleeves looks good together. You should always keep the shorts with the tank tops or short sleeve shirts. And flats with shorts? Depends on how big your feet are. I wouldn't want to wear flats with shorts if I had big feet.
