No. Pikachu is a tiny mouse pokemon. Yes! I have one, I recieved from a breeder. She was selling them for 400$ a piece with CKC papers. He is half Blonde Pekingese and Apple Head Chihuahua. Excellent disposition! He does bark alot like a Chihuahua, but is sweet and loving like a Pekingese....makes a great guard dog.
