How do you download iTunes onto a phone?

Only available for Apple Products.( It's not as if they would let you download iTunes onto a phone that isn't a smartphone and definitely not onto an Android phone. ) And for Apple, they only have the iphone. iTunes is already installed on it when you purchase it.
