gold[in grams] mutiplied by 0.032[to convert to troy], multiplied by pureness[ie: 0.9999], multiplied by spot troy oz. price[ie: 1500/oz]

thus... a pure gold tooth, weighing 3g and gold at 1500/oz....

3*0.032*0.9999*1500=$143.99.

and at 10k gold...

3*0.032*[10/24=0.417]*1500=$60.05.
