What moves does flygon learn?

The moves that Flygon can learn are Sonicboom, Sand Attack, Faint Attack, Sand Tomb, Supersonic, Dragonbreath, Screech, Dragon Claw, Sandstorm and Hyper Beam while it can be taught Dragon Claw, Toxic, Hidden Power, Sunny Day, Protect, Giga Drain, Frustration, Solarbeam, Iron Tail, Earthquake, Return, Dig, Double Team, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Rock Tomb, Aerial Ace, Facade, Secret Power, Rest, Attract, Steel Wing, Roost, Endure, Dragon Pulse, Silver Wind, Giga Impact, Stone Edge, Captivate, Rock Slide, Sleep Talk, Natural Gift, Swagger, U-turn, Substitute, Fly, Strength, Defog, Rock Smash, Draco Meteor, Air Cutter, Fire Punch, Fury Cutter, Ominous Wind, Thunderpunch, Snore, Swift, Earth Power, Heat Wave, Mudslap, Outrage, Twister and as of HeartGold/SoulSilver it'll be able to be taught Tailwind, Bug Bite and Headbutt.

First thing is first flygon learns sandstorm before it learns dragon claw. My flygon is level 55 and it learned sandstorm right after it learns screech I'm not sure if it learns dragonclaw before hyperbeam
