How can you tell if a pixie frog is male or female?

Its pretty much impossible when they are young. From what I have learned, the only way is to notice the skull size ratio as they grow. Males are bigger with thicker and broader skulls in relation to the rest of the body. Also, the male will have more of a yellow coloration around the mouth area, whereas females apparently are more pale.
