Where can you find the raft or ice pick on pitfall?

You get the raft in Cavern Lake. You have to jump from rock to rock until you get all the way across the room, sling your slingshot at the frozen ice sculpture - Leech is inside and will give you the raft. Take it to the Lost Caverns. At the top of them after you have completed all those rooms go through Mountain Overlook - you will meet Nicole in the mountains and give you the pickaxes.
