What does 1 ohm mean?

As ohm's low says Voltage is directly proportional to Current. i.e V=IR where R is constant and it is resistance so we can say that when one ampire current flows through a path and produces 1 Volt voltage drop then the resistance is 1 ohm. Regards Kuldeep pradhan
