Added: They would have had to have more probable cause to draw your blood than just the fact that there was an RX bottle of narcotics in your glove compartment. My experienced guess is that you flunked their visual observations of your driving and other actions (i.e.: field interrogation) subsequent to being stopped and interviewed.
