Added: They would have had to have more probable cause to draw your blood than just the fact that there was an RX bottle of narcotics in your glove compartment. My experienced guess is that you flunked their visual observations of your driving and other actions (i.e.: field interrogation) subsequent to being stopped and interviewed. Just because you partially passed some of the field tests for alcohol does NOT mean your ability wasn't impaired by some other substance. ... which is why you underwent a blood draw.
