If a guy tells you your beautiful and kisses does it means he likes you?

Of course it does! A guy wouldn't bother telling you that you are beautiful or kiss you if he didn't like you. Unless... you have any reason to believe he doesn't like you. If there is share with me and I will give you more specific advice.
