How do you get hm 6 hm 7 and hm 8 in leaf green?

First , Theres no HM 08 , But theres HM 06 and HM 07 ,


HM 06 - Rock Smash - Situated on One Island , From a Old Guy in Ember SPA .

HM 07 - WaterFall - Situated on Fourth Island , From a Pokeball in IceFall Cave .
