If you are 16 there are chances you can still get a growth spurt, however the height factor in your family can be a recessive gene so it may be possible that you won't grow to be the same height as your family members, but everyone is different so it is hard to tell. It also depends if you are male or female. If you are male you are more likely to grow than if you are female.
