Will ibuprofen show up as a false positive for THC in a urine drug test?

It says on drug-world.com and other various drug sites that it can make you test positive for THC. THC levels will decrease with time so testing positive for the amount ibuprofen would make you test for and the amount smoking pot two weeks ago will, etc.
