How long does it take for Renesmee Cullen to grow up?

it took a while, as bella was not to strong to give birth. Rosalie cuts her tummy open , bella starts crying and screaming and edward has to suck the blood to get to there daughter. it comes but bella is just looking at it and she dies so Jacob and Edward try to turn her....
