Your download speed on utorrent is only 3kBs but when you do a speed test it says you should be downloading at 176kBs whats going on?

That could be that the computers you are connecting to with utorrent at the time are only sending data to you at that speed. You can have the fastest internet connection on the planet and you are still limited by how fast the computer on the other end can serve you data.
