How do you unlock all islands for GTA San Andreas?

you unlock the counrty side on mission "The Green Sebre"

you unlock san fierro on mission :Are You Going to San Fierro"

you unlock Las Ventras on mission 72, sorry i dont know what mission it is

im only on the mission to unlock san fierro
