You should sweat it. You should take this seriously and adopt a healthy lifestyle now, because it is not going to "just go away". It has to happen by deliberative positive decision making on your part. Eat right, exercise, and be determined that you will gain control of yourself, your lifestyle and thus your weight. You will not be happy as an obese person. It is so much easier to do when you are young. It will take you 90 days to get into the habit of eating right and exercise, but you will feel so much better about yourself- and others.
