Why does overuse of antibiotics and herbicides cause issues?

According to Charles Darwin's theory of evolution, if we overused antibiotics and herbicides, part of germs, pests or herb would be killed while the rest would be still living and attain the ability to invalidate antibiotics and herbicides, because they survived in disasters, in other Words, they had been chosen or evolved.

You can see, as a result, usage of antibiotics and herbicides cannot, with a certain probability, kill those strongest germs, pests or herb but leave them to multiply their next generation. It is obvious that groups of those bad creatures will be stronger as a whole. Overuse of antibiotics and herbicides can speed the progress of bad creatures' evolution till human beings can hardly put this situation under control. By that time, human's lives would encounter a big threat.
