How can you increase horsepower on 1996 SC400?

perhaps installing a K&N air filter. there may be high performance computer

"chips" available. you would take out an existing chip from the cars ECM and

replace it with a high-performance one. be very carefull when attempting to

modify or change anything. one must consider passing emissions test's etc.

not too mention making sure the car runs properly and without problems.
