actually they do not get that much commission. I am starting a job there in a few days. not sure what the pay is I do know it is probably around 13 dollars an hour but I do know they only get .5% commission. It is very small so if they were to sell 2k they would get 10 dollars.
They actually receive anywhere from .5% to 3% depending on how the whole store does for the period. If they don't make plan .5%, 1% for making plan, 1.5 certain percantage above, etc. Jared, Kays, JB Robinson, and Ostermans are all the same company. Hourly rate really varies depending on experience, what area you live in, ehat you ask for, etc.
